I'm a poet and sometimes I blog. My writing has been described as vulnerable, sensual, healing, and introspective. My poetry centers on mental health, feminism, self-acceptance, healing, and aims to make people think about subjects often stigmatized through society. I am an advocate for vulnerable people, and an activist for change.
My love of writing started at a young age with encouragement of teachers and empty journals that begged to be filled. Poetry quickly became my first love thanks to a wonderful teacher who encouraged me to use my voice, and "let go" in my writing style. I am inspired by the raw real truth of Spoken Word poetry.
