Welcome! I'm a poet and performer whose work lives in a space between vulnerability and strength. Here, you will find poetry, performances, and visual art that explore healing, self-advocacy, feminism, and the raw beauty of being human. By visiting, you are a witness to stories that will move you deeply and connect you with work that speaks to life in all its messy, luminous layers.

I write to name the unnamed, to soften the hard edges of shame, and to invite reflection. My poems explore mental health, feminism, healing, autonomy, love - the things we carry quietly until someone gives them a voice.
